Project context
EIGHT has been commissioned to take charge of the management of the extranet for Mazda Switzerland's dealers, in order to facilitate stock management and communication between Mazda, its dealers, and its various partners.
The project also included the update of the applications used by dealers to manage vehicle orders and stock.
The main objective was to ensure smooth and effective communication between the various stakeholders while guaranteeing the availability of essential information in real time.
Challenge
One of the main challenges of the project was to ensure smooth synchronisation between Mazda, the dealers, the logistics providers, and the marketing companies, while keeping inventory management up to date in real time.
It was essential to ensure that the extranet provided a functional interface for dealers, thereby facilitating the daily management of vehicles in stock and orders.
Objectives
Manage the resellers' extranet by ensuring simple and secure access to information on stock and orders.
Optimise stock management to improve the flow of exchanges between Mazda Switzerland and its dealers.
Update the applications used by resellers to ensure the reliability of the order management tools.
