Development of a multi-site solution for a luxury watch brand.

Project context


The brand needed a complete technical overhaul of its digital ecosystem, with the implementation of a multi-site solution.

The objective was to centralise the management of several platforms, enabling both online sales to the general public (BtoC) and the management of resellers.

Each market, particularly in the United States and Europe, needed to have its own specificities, such as the management of local taxes and the integration of payment solutions by region.

Challenge


One of the major challenges of the project was to develop a unique platform capable of simultaneously managing multiple sites, each with its own requirements regarding taxation, payments, and local regulations.

The system was to be designed to meet the varied needs of customers, shops, and resellers, while ensuring a personalised user experience.

It was also necessary to ensure the security of transactions, particularly in the American market, where tax management required a specific approach.

Objectives


Develop a multi-site solution for managing online sales and resellers across multiple geographical markets.

Customise payment and taxation systems to meet local requirements, particularly in the United States.

Improve the user experience across all sites to provide intuitive navigation and simplified purchasing processes.

Centralise the management of content and operations to facilitate the maintenance and updates of the various platforms.
