The company has requested EIGHT to intervene in order to take control of the management of its online booking system, as well as the reorganisation of its IT infrastructure.

Significant malfunctions in the CRM and booking management tools were affecting daily operations, causing delays in critical processes.

EIGHT mobilised a team of experts to restore the situation while improving the performance of the systems.
