This position is aimed at a developer wishing to design and maintain high-performance platforms based on Next.js, Strapi, and WordPress.
You will ensure the technical quality, stability, and consistency of deliverables in a collaborative and demanding international environment.
Main missions
You will be responsible for the technical management and development of web platforms for our international clients, within our team based in Vietnam.
Your role will include:
- Develop and maintain client sites.
- Manage the Strapi/Next.js architecture and ensure deployments via Vercel
- Supervise the gradual transition of WordPress sites to modern headless architectures
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Director and the MarCom team to ensure UX consistency, SEO, and technical performance
- Participate in defining best development practices and implementing efficient workflows (CI/CD, versioning, documentation)

Desired profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in full-stack JavaScript development (React / Node.js)
- Confirmed experience with a headless CMS (Strapi, Sanity, Contentful…) is a plus
- Good knowledge of WordPress, particularly on headless integration issues
- Knowledge of Flutter desired (hybrid web/mobile projects)
- Ability to document and structure the code properly
- Autonomy, rigour, and team spirit
- Good level of technical English (oral and written)
