As part of our organisation, we are looking for a part-time or more Administrative & Accounting Assistant to support us in the daily management of the group's administrative and accounting tasks.


Job Description:


As an Administrative & Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for entering invoices for the French company as well as for the administrative and accounting follow-up of the other entities in the group in collaboration with the accounting firms.

Main responsibilities

  •  Ensure the entry and tracking of invoices for French companies.
  • Manage the administrative and accounting oversight of the group's entities in connection with the fiduciaries.
  • Ensure bank reconciliation and payment verification.
  •  Monitor tax and social deadlines in connection with accounting firms.
  • Carry out reminders to clients and suppliers to ensure good cash flow management.
  •  Manage the archiving and organisation of administrative and accounting documents.

Necessary skills

  • Experience in administration and accounting.
  • Mastery of accounting and management tools (Excel, accounting software, ERP).
  • Good organisation and diligence in task monitoring.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders (trustees, banks, suppliers).
  • Good written and oral communication in French.
  • Sense of discretion and confidentiality of financial information.

Valued skills

  • Experience with business management tools (Odoo, Sage, QuickBooks, etc.).
  •  Knowledge of accounting obligations in France and in an international context.
  • Experience in cash flow monitoring and payment management.
  • Autonomy and proactivity in priority management.
  • Sensitivity to the improvement of administrative and accounting processes.
  •  English or another preferred language for communication with international entities.
