Integration of Odoo for PMS, POS, CRM, business management and accounting for a luxury hotel in Provence.
Project context
The Château de Taradel needed to modernise its management systems to ensure optimal efficiency in its hotel and event activities. The existing tools were fragmented, complicating the management of reservations, sales, and customer relations. EIGHT Digital was chosen to implement Odoo as a unified solution to streamline operations and improve performance.
Challenge
The challenge was to replace outdated systems with an integrated platform. Another issue was to adapt the PMS, POS, CRM, and accounting modules of Odoo to the specific workflows of a hotel business while keeping the solution intuitive for the staff.
Objectives
The objectives were to centralize operations, strengthen customer relationship management, and optimize accounting and business processes. The integration also aimed to provide real-time visibility across departments, support better decision-making, and improve the guest experience.
