Project context

EIGHT was tasked with designing the graphic charter and developing an auction platform for BHG For Children.

The aim was to create an attractive and functional website allowing the association to sell items at online auctions in order to raise funds for its causes.

The platform was meant to be easy to use for the participants.

It was essential that the site reflected the charitable mission of the organisation while encouraging participation.

Challenge

The main challenge was to develop an intuitive and efficient auction platform capable of handling high activity during events.

The graphic charter was also meant to capture the spirit of solidarity and kindness of the association, while remaining professional.

Furthermore, it was important to adhere to tight deadlines to ensure that the site was ready in time for the first auctions, and to ensure that the set budget was respected.

Objectives

Create a graphic charter that reflects the values of BHG For Children while attracting a donor audience.

Develop an online auction platform that is easy to use and capable of handling transaction spikes.

Optimise auction management to provide a seamless experience for users and maximise the funds raised.

To meet the deadlines and budget so that the platform is operational for the association's first event.

"The website was successfully launched, allowing BHG For Children to organise its first online auction within the set deadlines.

The graphic charter was designed to capture the charitable essence of the organisation, and the platform enabled efficient management of the auctions, without interruption.

The auction was a great success from the very first day.

The project has enabled the association to increase its impact and raise funds for essential causes."
