Project context

EIGHT has been commissioned to write and insert content on the bank's website, in addition to improving the user experience (UX) of the personal customer area. 

The project aimed to make the site more intuitive and accessible, with information that is easier for users to find, while ensuring compliance with strict banking standards.

Challenge

We had to ensure the insertion of content while complying with the regulatory and technical constraints of the banking sector. 

It was important to structure the information clearly for better accessibility. 

At the same time, the user experience had to be improved to ensure simplified access to banking services, in order to facilitate navigation for individual customers. 

Objectives

 Write and insert content tailored to the bank's clientele, while complying with regulatory requirements. 

Optimise the user experience by simplifying access to services in the personal customer area. 

Improve navigation for intuitive use of the site.
